rhianna and I lifted before practice, mostly following Jessie's routine. then I decided to put off my workout till tomorrow to make sure everything is ok with my hip flexor, since it was bothering me a bit during crunches and lifting. I'm looking forward to a quality workout, as it's been a couple of weeks.
