Comments:
To the firehouse and back with Lucia, Joyce, and Ilana, and for part of the run with Ana and Jenna. Nice relaxed run after tomorrow's longer day. Might tempo or do hills tomorrow.
Strength: Crunch progression and push up progression (3 per), supermen (30), clams (25 per), and SLL (10)
Lifting: Split squats, knee ups, squats, dumbbell arm swings (15 each side, 2 sets)
