Comments:
Perry coaches, 500 warmup, 2X25 build, 25 fast, 25 ez, then 3X thru 5X100 on 1:35 (1:22-1:25) and 200 on 3:45 (3:10). Comfortably tired, we had same workout last year and I noted I was very winded during sets, and interval was 1:40 and 4:00 for the 200s.
