Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Penn Relays!!! Everyone ran super well and it was really awesome to watch them and everyone else compete. Plus I tried a deep fried oreo for the first time ever. So a pretty good day! In the middle of the day the distance runner spectators went for a run with Anthony. We went on the Schu----ll river, which was really pretty and nice and flat. (some letters belong in the middle there, but I have no idea which ones.) Katherine and Rhianna were doing a longer run than me so the plan was for me to either stop and stretch and wait to run back with the three of them or just head back on my own. I wanted to wait but I ran out of stretches so I just ran back. It was kind of a shame because I had been feeling pretty good when I was with the group but then felt way worse once I was on my own. I'm not sure if these distances are right. They're based off of Rhianna's, minus the part they did in the middle without me. Seems too fast though.
shins started bothering me after I stopped in the middle and then again once I stopped. also my hip flexor was totally fine during the run but hurt a little bit this evening. Probably just because of all of the time sitting
