Exercise Type: Bike

I decided to bike again today to make sure I felt ok going into the meet tomorrow. well actually I started on the elliptical and then moved o the bike Afterwards I rolled, stretched, and did my PT for a while. Iced after practice.
I'm excited for a mile tomorrow. I kind of wanted to be doing an 800, because I feel like I need all the chances I can get at the 8, but I also wanted to do another 16 before the season ended, so I'm still happy. I haven't raced a mile for almost a month and when I did I split 3:23 for the first 8 and 3:00 for the second. I have no clue what time I'll run tomorrow but I think I can get a nice PR, so that'll be fun.
