Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had to get back early, so I took Dorset back from the bike path. I would have gone on, but I want to be fresh for tomorrow. My spikes shredded my feet in the last 3200 I ran, and yes they fit. I'm preparing for the foot pain and also hoping to PR. Easy run today.
