good news and bad news

lifted after my Calc AP this morning. I probably won't be able to lift twice this week. I wanted to do it earlier in the week but I had races and then I can't do it on the weekend because I'll probably be in B championships on Monday. Oh well.
Decided to bike since I just raced two days in a row. I'll run tomorrow. I also did my PT and rolled afterwards

Results from EHS are finally on athletic.net. (And by finally I mean that they posted it with reasonable speed and I was just really impatient.) The bad news is that the mile was a 6:01 and the good news is that the 800 was a 2:35!!
