Comments:
I had planned to meet Abby and run part of the time with her but she had to do a fata thing so I ran 20 minutes thinking that maybe she'd be able to do the second half with me. Unfortunately it didn't work out, but it was just as well because I decided it would be a good idea to x-train the last bit of it. My shins and IT band (the left not the right now) were not doing so great. also accidentally went out way too fast and kinda regretted it.
went to the doctor today and he recommended squats on a bosu ball, so I did those
