Ran over to AU with Isabel, feeling bad and kinda nervous for the workout. It was actually ok though. I didn't feel great, but not as bad as I was expecting. I was pleased that all my 300 times were at least as fast as the fastest of the 6x300 workout I did a few weeks ago. I had some breathing issues where I struggled to breathe at the end of each interval. luckily the cooldowns were long enough that I was able to recuperate. 300s were with Sarah, Abigail, Rhianna, and Abby and 200s were just Sarah and Abigail. I was at the back for most intervals but it was still a good group and I wasn't wayyy back like I expected.
ran back with sarah and had a nice conversation with her.
