Aqua jog for 40 minutes then lift after. When I saw the seeds I was happy because I was 7 places from last but I'm sorta stressed now cause Weishaar seeded me for 7:45 at Loucks but my pr is 8:00, so I'm probably actually closer to last. It will be interesting to see how it goes and I'm glad I get to race with more competition cause I'm always by myself. I hope that I can actually hit 7:45!
