Long Run

35 min total of easy comfortable pace running!!

5pm, Ran at Jervy Gant.
Ran 35 mins, 3.73 miles. First mile 9:39, 8:37, 9:13, 7:30 for the last .73 miles. Hot out but not too bad with some shade to run through. Could have done without some of the hills there :) Wish I could have ran longer in 35 mins, was aiming for 4 miles but heat got the best of me.
