Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I had a chiropractor appointment so I was late to practice and I just ran on my own. I usually like running on my own because it's relaxing and I get sort of claustrophobic running in a really big back because everyone runs so close behind me. However today I was so tired and I felt like I was going so slowly and it wasn't very enjoyable. It was also crazy hot out like in the 80s. I ran through africa to lighthouse then when i got back practice steeple. It took a lot of tries but I felt pretty confident going over the barriers. I decided to only skim them on saturday because i keep psyching myself out when i try to hurdle them.
