Comments:
The warmup felt really fast, there were so many people really close around me so my form was bad and my legs started to hurt and i was so out of breath. The workout was short because there was a mod track meet at 4:30. I was really tired but the workout felt pretty good. My legs have so many little aches and pains so I should probably take an epsom salt bath at some point.
