Comments:
Workout at 7:30am. 3 sets of 3x 300m. Started at 3k race pace for the first 3 with a 100m jog inbetween. 5 minutes of rest in between each set. Next set at 1500 pace. The last set was "fast", whatever that means. My legs were really tired after so Sylvia and I did a slower cool down. Junior Olympics after. Glad the girls woke up early so we didn't have to do the workout after like when the boys did it. Also something weird is going on with my log so the last 2 reps of the 300's are supposed to be in the first set
