Didn't feel much like a workout so I think it was just a tune up to get some speed in everyone's legs before state quals. I felt like I could have done a few more sets of the workout which was good. Only one side of my leg wad hurting. We did the workout at 7:45 but still didn't beat the heat. The 100s were 15.5, 15.7, 16, and 15.4 (so I rounded down...naturally)
