Super hot!

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 89 degrees, 93 heat index, sunny and slightly windy

Comments:
This was a very hard run, even though it was short. The weather was really humid as it rained earlier this morning. I wanted to get some sort of run in, so I did... It started off well, but half way through, the heat started getting to me. Definitely like this route, and will do it again when it's not so hot! It will be a nice short and fast run in cooler temperatures. (Run from apartments, past stop sign, left at dead end, til last stop light, exactly 2 miles)

My goal is to run a 5k at 24 minutes by October.
