long hills

Long meadow hills (mapmyrun says 1150meter loop) w/ 150-200 meter downhill stride.

so considering my running lately hasn't been spectacular and I only slept from 3:30am-8am last night, I pretty much resigned this workout away to being a shitty one. So I get through the first 5ish and realize "hey, I don't feel like shit" which was right around the time EthanK didn't want to lead anymore so somehow Colin and I ended up leading repeats 7ish-10. then everybody ran like bats out of hell on the last repeat.

but anyways, i'm very pleased with this workout considering I'm technically "group B" though hopefully Calvin says otherwise. though it seemed like the top group wasn't at their best today besides EthanK but whatever, we had a nice pack of 10ish guys.
