Trying to Get a Thigh Tan(Day V)

Comments:
Fine. Ran before driver's ed. Questioning how worth it is to wake up at 7 to run. Mediocre run at best and will ice my shin tonight before my 25 minute run tomorrow. Pace was ok at times. I will do a full warm-up next time I have time and that should help shake out the cobwebs. 1st strength of the year was planks(1 min per) PLL(15 per) and single-leg bridges(15 per).
