Great day for a run today, I really wish I'd felt more up to par for it. In essence, my theory is that having inhaled the powders from the Color Run, (Though my consumption was in fact very moderate.) I've wounded my lungs. (I did a lot of extensive research into the stuff afterwards.) It was really eerie setting off, as if I lacked a capacity. I just really hope this goes away, my ankle also hurts; I was stomping, perhaps because I didn't get my full recovery.
