Comments:
After a half mile warm up, I want you to find a track or a place that you know is marked as a mile.
Run 1 mile fast at threshold pace, meaning close to 5k, 10k but with this heat I'm willing to bet 7 to 7:15 will be hard enough pace!
Rest a full 3 minutes
Repeat 3 times for a total 4 mile repeats
Cooldown 1.5 miles easy for mielage
