Today was a lot better, I used the inhaler I was given before heading out today, and I think it helped a bit... My legs still feel really weak though, and I still have centralized pain in my chest. The hope at this point is that I can resume my regular workouts by next week come Monday. The mile was run with a few hills at the middle-school field day course, and the 3 mile run (12 laps around the track.) wasn't actually timed. I forgot my watch... I did bring my phone, which must of been in the land of La-La's because it read 16:00 by the time I finished... (I'm guessing it was probably about a 22-23 minute run knowing me.) I definitely didn't run that at Varsity pace...
