Not letting my lungs get in the way of my Summer Mileage goals... My legs still feel really questionable when I run, but the breathing IS starting to get better... perhaps because of the steroid inhaler my doctor gave me yesterday to help with whatever remaining lung inflammation there may still be. All in all, today was actually pretty decent! I was able to run an exceptional distance whilst being mindful of my limits... (Given that I am capable of running the 4.3 mile-leg about 3 minutes faster when I feel 100%.) Come to think of it, I actually feel REALLY good right now, it was tiresome, yet rewarding. I'm coming back, slowly but surely.
