Weather: changeable throughout the day... fog blowing in as I ran

Comments:
Felt yesterday's brisker run, today's biking and today's paddling as I ran. Went up Cobblestone Hill and out to the center of the Tuppency Links and back. Never really loosened up much but the return was faster than the way out.
