second run back

this was a rough one. I went into the park on a trail that spit me out onto beach drive and then continued on beach. I had a bad cramp from the beginning. It was not awful until I had to go back up the hills. That was a very very slow mile. I couldn't breathe very well. When I got home I laid down on the couch immediately because I was really dizzy and lightheaded. I'm hoping this gets better as I adjust to the heat. I'm also not used to a run this long this early in my training. My feet were bothering me a bit all spring and one of them even back in xc and unfortunately they're still bugging me. But both today and Monday they loosened up and didn't hurt at the end of the run.
In good news, I hit 9:40 pace. It felt way harder than 9 min pace on Monday and than dozens of faster runs throughout the past year.
stretched, rolled, and did some strength: crazy planks, superpeople, clams, and a couple of other assorted ab exercises.
