Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I knew it was going to be rough before I even left, which may be part of why it was rough. My legs felt so heavy from a week of training that was a lot more than I'm used to. Day off tomorrow is much needed. I'm worried that this training is going to end up being too much, but I've decided that if I feel this bad next week I'll cut a run or two short. Definitely also going to work on not running in the middle of the day. running at 12 today was not a smart choice.

the highlight of my run was when I passed my dog, Jojo, who was walking with Ana in the other direction and he turned around and barked at me and pulled at the leash and whimpered so I went back to go say hi to him. After I left again he kept turning around to look for me.

went to the gym and lifted after. only had time for 2 sets because I had to get to work
Split Squats, 15ES, 15lbs
Knee ups on box, 8ES
Bench press, added 20 pounds to bar, not that many reps cuz im weak
DB arm swings, 30, 10 lbs
Plank- 1 min
