Comments:
Ran 7 miles this morning before it was super hot. I ran to the Gates track (1.2 miles), stretched and then ran 4 sets of 3:00, 2:00, 1:00 hard with :90, :60, :30 recovery. Ran the first 3 sets on grass at 6:30-6:40 pace and ran the last set on the track at 6:00 pace (3:00 = 802 meters). Felt good. Long cool down.
