Warm up 1 mile easy b4 race start
Ease into first mile... Maybe high 7's then
Really try to hammer the last 2 miles and see what you can do

very humid day.. even at 7:30 a.m. .. did not push too hard. 22:34..around 7:15 pace. could do better.
