Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I woke up and felt good despite having ran yesterday so I thought I would try running two days in a row. Took it nice and slowly because I wasn't sure how my legs would respond to the increased intensity. I thought it would be smart to run right before I left for my appointment today so I could remember and describe any pain I felt on the run. This run didn't feel too bad either. But I still feel pain doing everyday activities. HOPING, like really really hoping that they find something wrong with my MRI. If they don't, then that will be like a waste of a couple thousand dollars and I will most likely have to get another one on my back. I don't care what is wrong with me, I just want to know. Fingers crossed.
UPDATE: The only thing they found on the MRI was an indentation on the right side of my Pubic symphisis which is where the muscles connect to, so back to deep tissue massaging and now rolfing I go. Frustrated.
