I still haven't gained a single pound despite eating quite a bit... But I think the fault lies with me here... legs felt very weak; derived of the idea that I didn't actually listen to ALL of my advice yesterday, got to bed a 1:40 A.M. today... (I am really stupid.) As a result, my knee is LITERALLY DYING. Worst knee pain I've ever experienced. Silly me. Hopefully by next week, I WILL be back to normal.
