Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
My knee was still hurting this morning when I woke up. I've been limping a bit as I walk. I went to they gym but bike hurt too much. The elliptical didn't hurt at all at first but started to twinge so I stopped at 20 min. Mileage for the week will be 18 instead of 20, which is negligible. Stretch then crazy planks, clams, and 2 sets of push ups.
anxiously awaiting the results of Erkin's race at nationals. hope it went well!
