Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Abby and Anthony swung by my house to pick me up for the middle section of my run. I told myself I wouldnt run at all if my knee hurt and it did but I was really enjoying it and Anthony didn't make me. Felt good the whole time and so enjoyed seeing Anthony again. (Abby, I love you too but I've seen you like 3 times in the last week.)

stretched, rolled, and did strength:
crazy planks
clams,
clams variation,
seated leg lifts,
3 sets of sprinter crunches
My knee is feeling substantially better from Thursday and Friday. The run hurt way less and walking and going down stairs hurt way less than before. To be safe, I'll cross train tomorrow, do 10 min of running on tuesday plus cross training, take Wednesday off and then reevaluate. I'm hopeful that that will be the end of it.
