Ran 10 minutes at medium pace
did 1.5 miles at 6:45 pace or faster,
then jogged for .5 ish,
then ran a half mile 3:15 ish.
3:47 rest time,
31:02 run back.  (2.5 miles plus 10 minutes to get back from the bike path)
Later that day, played in pool and did 1 abs and 3 weights!  Third time all summer doing weights, 1st time doing abs
Legs were TIRED running back from bike path, going slow!
Tried out new shoes by jogging around the YMCA for a minute, haha.
