Comments:
Took a walk break at mile 3 and mile 4 to drink water
Easy 5 miles... I know distance increasing!
Let's shoot for 5x 30 second walk breaks scattered in between, unless you feel really good then you can try for 5 miles straight running but remember it's at easy pace!
