Comments:
Run wasn't to bad. The head start idea really made me push myself to catch them (which I did :D). The heat wasn't bad enough to make me slower but it made me sweat a lot more. The 10 minutes bike afterwards was a nice cool down even with the bursts for 30 seconds.
