Felt like shi from yesterdays "easy" run where i went too fast but at my age when you feel good you better take advantage of it(at least thats what i was telling myself yesterday). I wanted 5 but only got 4. Was out there by myself which didnt help. Just not used to running sub 80 and it doesnt feel natural but i guess thats natural.
