Ran 6x800s on the long MMS grass. This is the kind of workout that makes you fast and yes it is hard. I was hoping for a little more consistency in our times but my small, concession stand bound group bounced around between 2:20 and 2:45. I think a lot of the inconsistency was due to dehydration. Lesson of the day. Drink water throughout the day so that you can survive whatever kind of crazy conditions that 3:30 practice throws at you.
