went to STA today and fortunately we weren't held up too much by the thunder. it was a small group today so most of us who wanted to do 30-40 minutes started out together. The group went out pretty fast and after the first 8:13 mile I decided that it wasn't the right pace for me on a steady run so I let the group slip away a bit. Fortunately, Silas also wasn't really feeling it so he dropped back with me and ran the rest of the way with me, which I really appreciated. I'm sure it would have been way more miserable without company. Even with a companion, the seemingly constant hill in the last two miles were really rough and I had to stop to stretch once up Mass. My knee felt pretty good. It was bothering me a bit at one point towards the end but felt good walking around after. I rolled my ankle twice so thats bothering me a bit now but should be fine in a day or so.

really nice to be at STA and see the few team members who were there. I'm hoping to be back on Thursday.
