Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was planning on lifting this morning, but I realized I was really sore so I went to a yoga class instead. I went on a run around 6pm. My legs still felt heavy despite all the stretching from the morning, but the run was really pleasant. I did an out and back. The pace was pretty even, but the way back was a few seconds quicker and more uphill so I guess thats good.
