Weather: Humidity yes, heat mercifully less so but still there

Comments:
Ran 9 progression with Madison. Kinda progressed too quick tbh. We went fast af and he was dying so he went back a short way and the second half went sol . Pooped about 38 minutes into the run on an old abandoned railroad bridge that had some greenery for cove .
