Comments:
I decided to do mile repeats as my first, official workout of the summer. My goal coming in was to finish 4 repeats around 5:20. It did not feel easy at all and I felt like I was dying after the 2nd repeat, but I made it through. I mostly took 3 minute breaks in between, except after the 1st one where I took 4 minutes, because I had to poop.

Overall, I was pleased with this workout. I probably won't do any more mile repeats for a bit, but I felt relatively accomplished.
