Plantations

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We ran 4 miles to the plantations before the 8x30 hill workout. Apparently I was pushing the pace so after the first mile I went behind Weishaar and Lizzy. The pace didn't really slow down though.
I think I did pretty good during this workout. Last week I was a few feet behind Lizzy and grace but today I stayed right with them and even went ahead on the 3rd rep. I tried thinking of this as practice for the 1000s workout, but every time I ran up the hill I forgot about almost everything. When we were done, I was breathing so heavily that I couldn't say much more than "can we walk up the rest of the hill?". We did abs when we got back and then I stretched at home.
I'm thinking about taking the 5 hour driving class next week but I haven't decided which one yet. I might take the Cornell class.
