Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with my dad and Ana again. It was pretty short because that's all I had left in my weekly mileage. Felt good and by the end we were cruising. I think the pace was actually faster than this because we kept having to go off to the side to cross streets and I didn't map that. We did have to stop some to eat for my dad. These two good runs are tempting me to do my 30 mile week this week but it's probably a bad idea. At one point towards the end I started lifting my knee a bit more and then had some sharp pains and felt bad for the next couple minutes got worried but it got better and felt ok by the end of the run. It felt good all day and good this evening. Did planks and pll and PT
