Comments:
Ran at 10 AM and was feeling the cinnamon roll I had for breakfast. I ran down to Lake Union and felt really great. It's amazing what the difference between 60 degrees and 100 degrees feels like. I could have gone quite a bit faster than this pace, maybe even 7:40 ish. However, Seattle has dozens of stop lights and crosswalks and I found it unable to get anything going, at least until I got to the trail around the lake. I got a little lost more than a few times, but it ended up ok. The return trip was unpleasant and I had to deal with a long hill and general unpleasantness. I'll be running on the treadmill tomorrow and I'll get out for another trail run Wednesday.
