Comments:
Wasn't really feeling this run when we set out because I had just woken up for a nap but I loosened up and felt pretty good. We still had to stop a lot because of all the lights. Literally every corner is a light. I wanted to make this my longer day for the week but we were tight on time because I slept. Crazy planks and clams and leg lifts. Knee is doing really well.
