Comments:
First good workout! Ana and I did 3x5 min at tempo. Knee bothered me a bit at the beginning and the end but feels ok now. This felt manageable, unlike the rest of my workouts so far. Distances for pickups were .64, .61, and .64 again. Paces were 7:48, 8:11, and 7:48. Middle one wasn't great but that's ok. Last one would have probably been slower if I hadn't had Ana there with me. So nice to have company, particularly this company. After we jumped into the ocean, which was quite refreshing. Strength was crunch rotation (30 seconds) and push-ups (3x20)
