Horsebarn tempo

Comments:
We did a two mile warm-up to the horsebarn and then split into a few groups for the tempo. I felt fine for the 5 minutes but then I got really nauseous. I probably just wasn't used to running fast so hopefully our next tempo will be better. We had a nice pack the whole time. I think that made it a bit easier. We ran about 4 miles back to the track and Julia and Sylvia bought popsicles for everyone.
