Weather: Hot man, hot

Comments:
Chateau park. Great location. one lap was ~500M. We ran 2 laps to get our 1000M with ~3 min rest between. I ran 5 with the varsity gals and jv boys in about 3:30. Then ran two more with the Big Boys in 3:05ish. When I took off my shoes after number 4 I was another person. I didn't even have to touch the ground.
