Comments:
Super short run to close out my down week after 9 hours on an airplane. Except for the first day returning from injury, this was the shortest run I've done since my first day of summer training. Felt fine, neither bad nor good. Cramp the whole time. Next week will be a lot more running and I'm looking forward to it
