Super hot today. It was just me, Grace, and Amy. During our tempo it said our first mile was around 7 minutes even though it felt a lot faster than that, so I started to pick it up. Happy with the effort, it gives me confidence to know I'm not that out of shape from having not run as much as some of the other girls.
