Comments:
We did 8 minute warm up at 6:00. Then did active stretching and strides. Then we did hill repeats with the guys on Central Park Hill. We had to do 6 of them. I guess I didn't eat enough because I felt awful buy the third one. But I really didn't want to tell Paragas because that's scary. After all 6 we got water and dunked ourselves. We did a 10 minute cool down which actually wasn't that bad. Paragas said the real workout was the cool down because your already so tired. We had otter pops when we got back and Paragas said we didn't have to drills????
